Access ID

This Internet Banking System provides both Rockland Savings and Loan Association and you, our customer, a combination of industry-approved security technologies to protect data transferred between the bank and you. Features include:

Verifying User Authenticity
Each user of the Internet Banking System must enter an ACCESS ID and PASSWORD. Upon successful login, the enhanced online security authenticates your ACCESS ID and PASSWORD in order to establish a secure session.

Our system uses a “3 strikes and you’re out” lock-out mechanism. After three unsuccessful login attempts, the system locks out the user. You must contact us by phone or in person to reset the password before re-entry into the system.

We’ve also have added a layer of security to the Internet Banking login process to further validate your identity. This process is designed to keep your personal account information protected from fraud and identity theft. First, you may register your home or office computer to access Internet Banking. There is no limitation on the number of computers you may register. Our additional security measures also provide another level of assurance for you to confirm that you are accessing our valid Internet Banking website.

As part of the sign-on process, you’ll view a unique image and enter a corresponding phrase that will be displayed to you every time you access Internet Banking. This two-way authentication provides you with the assurance that you have not been redirected to a spoofed or fraudulent website. You can then conduct your Internet Banking transactions with peace of mind that your information is safe. If you do not see your image and phrase during the sign-on process, you should contact us before entering any information.

Secure Data Transfer
Once a secure session has been established, the user and server are in a secured environment using 128-bit encryption and SSL
